Membership of the programme places you and your organisation at the heart of a network of peers and experts. It gives you access to a community of like-minded people open to sharing ideas and knowledge about business and the personal challenges in directing a pension scheme.
PensionChair is about enabling Chairs of Pension Trustees to perform to the highest possible level. This means that although the membership is owned by the Chair of Trustees the deliverables and benefits are felt by the sponsoring employer, their trustees and most importantly the pension schemes they serve. The network is run by its members for the members. An advisory panel is appointed as guardians of this principle, to provide advice and guidance regarding the continued development and management of PensionChair.
